    ‘Eroica’ means ‘Heroic’ in Italian and that sums these XXL natural protein bars up perfectly. Ordinary protein bars are 50g or less which won't hit the spot when you're training and hungry. Eroica is a whopping 100g and, packed with crushed fruit and Italian almonds, is also utterly delicious.

    The Eroica story begins in 2002 with 33Fuel founders Warren (English) and Erica (Italian) meeting on a plane from Rome to London, later marrying in Tuscany where they discovered the amazing sweet treat panforte in the coffee shops which instantly became a favourite training snack. Inspired, panforte’s amazing fruit/nut base became the foundations for the mighty Eroica bar - handmade in Italy and delivered straight to you.
